I ordered last night the meal was cold and there was cheese on my chips that I didn't ask for

Food was delicious!! Great service and fast delivery.

Food and delivery was good. Only complaint was chips they were undercooked and soggy needed 5 mins in air fryer. Packaging used doesn't help they just sweat especially in a carrier bag.

Ordered and paid then got a phone call to say they don’t deliver to my area anymore and would refund me! One / 1 and a half / 1/2 weeks later and i’m still waiting on my refund, all attempts to communicate with them have been ignored! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

My calzone was lovely! Food came 30 minutes earlier than expected perfect for someone who's starving for their tea 😂

The sauces were mixed up throughout the order. Mayo on a kebab that wasn't supposed to have any and vice versa. No chilli sauce separate either. Food was good tho.

My food was over 20mins late, my chilli sauce had no lid so was all over the box. And I've definitely had hotter food. However was tasty and would order again, I assume it was just a very busy night.

Love Tony's but 2nd time in a row delivery was 20 mins late and food was warm at best.
