Gave a delivery time of 11pm 20mins after that still no food. Phoned the shop person that answered was so rude. Wasn't interested at all. Good was cold

It gave me an upset stomach was up and down the toilet multiple times.

Prices going up everytime I go to order, , and portion size and quality getting small and worse. Used to be my favourite takeaway now it’s all about money grabbing. Won’t be using again.

Doner meat was dried out and hard around the edge

My food was over 20mins late, my chilli sauce had no lid so was all over the box. And I've definitely had hotter food. However was tasty and would order again, I assume it was just a very busy night.

My burger had no sauce on it when I asked for chilli sauce and you also forgot the additional tub of garlic sauce that I had paid for. Therefore my Turkish burger was very dry indeed. Also chips were over cooked. Tony’s used to be the best in town for as long as I can remember but unfortunately it’s went downhill

Food was horrible, chips were half cooked, kebab meat tasted funny and was thicker than the chips, the donner wrap went straight in bin, proper disappointing as its not exactly cheap, wasted near £20 for terrible food.

The staff at Tony's have always been very helpful and friendly when I have bought food from them when in their shop. So I wasn't at all surprised from the fast and efficient service I received when I ordered a home delivery. Top marks to the guys at Tony's
